Well, the match preview said Tim Weyland would be the referee, but we've got Jair Marrufo instead. I have no idea why.

I loved how blanco was able to completely slow the game down once the counterattack broke down...

If that was Beckham fouled, instead of Blanco, it would have been a yellow.

 

you can actually SEE Blanco look up, see his options are Chad and Calen, and decide to backpass....hilarious....and smart.

 

The ref is letting a lot go on both sides. surprisingly though, the play is not completely out of hand.

On a side note, Barrett skies his cross towards God when he could have placed it near Blanco or Carr.

That's why I can't understand why Mapp isn't playing. He's our best player...PERIOD!

Toronto players have ZERO skill. They're just a bunch of Goons. This isn't f**cking hockey.

 

Blanco has been man marked all game. When he has the ball he gets 2-3 Toronto players on him. We need Barrett and Carr to get open. Ivan and Blanco have good rapport.

Another yellow issued. to TFC's Samuel. 42' I'm having a hard time getting a bead on the ref as well. The 2nd half could get rather ugly. I'll bet there will be a 2nd yellow issued or a red before the match is done.
