obviously, pre-game warmup has to involve team stretching (typically after a couple of group laps around our half of the field - i particularly like it when the laps are done in an organized manner with the team in 2 single file lines - mixing up forward and backward jogging, sideways, and even a crossover step to limber up - i think it looks classy when done together). the stretching in a tight circle is a good time to really start focusing mentally on the game and to come together as a group to get instructions from the coach and to share with each other goals for the game (things you're thinking about working on, players on the other team you're thinking about blowing past, encouragement for your teammates, etc)
then on to some basic passing between 2 and 3 players, and then some light jogging mixed in with the passes. pass. stand. short jog for the ball. receive pass. etc.
once loose, i like to do some harder running. a set of sprints across the width of the penalty area. maybe twice back and forth. nothing crazy or that leaves me or anyone else too winded, but also some serious running.
from here (as i'm a forward), i'd want to get in a few shots on the goal, but these are my main ones.

pre game
1. i dont eat much before the game, but a couple hours before i like pasta.
2. music - i like something kinda laid back, but still with energy. a good one is jimi hendrix - all along the watchtower. my teammates like rap, which is fine too.
3. first we jog a lap, then we do a series of cross field runs(high knees, heel flicks, side to side, up-downs, then sprint to middle of field). we then get in a circle and stretch while our coach talks. then we play a possesion game, while the keeper is being warmed up. then we shoot, and we're ready to go.

pre game
Our coach went to a seminar with the nutritionist of the US National team and she said you can eat whatever you want 4 hrs before a game so now i'll have my mom make my teamates and i pasta and we just drink water listen to music and chill before the game. Music is very important to us and is suprisingly important to our success it gets us in the right frame of mind. We listen to a lot of Jack Johnson, Red Hot Chili Peppers, DMB, and even the Goo Goo Dolls.

Re: pre game
My Uni season is over so I'm playing for a pub team for the rest of the season!
1. We meet at 9.45 so all I get to have is a bowl of cereal
2. I have stuff on as I wake up - I'm into tons of stuff, mainly rock, metal, prog, etc. but driving to the game I just stick Radio 5 on. I believe I either had Faith No More or Tori Amos on yesterday morning
3. We do nothing as a team but I try to do the usual running and stretching - focusing on any parts that are feeling tight. My ankle is giving me a lot of trouble so I focus on that a bit and make sure it is warmed up.

Re: pre game
1. lunch
2. Hawthorne Heights, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Cash Money, Bob Marley, Prodigy, Rage.
3. Stretch. Run (forward, backwards, sideways) around our half of the feild and from one sideline to another. I play goalie I usually go take some practice shots and then screw around for the rest of the time while everyone else runs around and does drills.

I play under 14's in London and Essex, and my preparation is almost the same. I just have breakfast before the game, then we run and stretch as a team. Music will be whatever is on CAPITAL in the car before I get to the ground.

Re: pre game
1. I usually just eat a bowl of cereal and a spot of OJ
2. I listen to Taking Back Sunday, The Necessary, Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin and sometimes Jay Z and Eminem
3. We usually take 2 laps around the field, stretch, and then we go on with our drills (crossing drills, corners, keepaway games, etc.). Then, since i'm a midfielder i take free kicks, corners, and shots outside the 18
