Re: Which new striker will impress the most?
i think tevez if he goes to united. im getting pretty worried about train-ing it up to old trafford for the first game of the season, only for us to be faced with an attacking spearhead of
----------------------Tevez--------Rooney------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Giggs---------------------Ronaldo-------------------------
not to mention nani coming on from the bench. oh well, lita will bang another goal in like last season and weve got something they cant buy, team spirit.

Re: Which new striker will impress the most?
well heres what i think.
bent -he scored goals for a team like charlton who really were nothing special just a middle of the road prem team and moving to tottenham were they are building a team of real class, it should mean that bent will have more chances to convert and gain european exdperience which can only be good, the longer he stays the better i think he will get but martil jol's rotary system up front looks to be the only bad thing because keane and defoe want to play in every game ( counting they are there at the start of the season) and his reluctance to drop berbatov could be a headache.
aliadiere- not sure he never really had a chance at arsenal in a consistent run of games to prove his worth but he might be a decent squad player for boro but i dont think he'l make up for the loss of viduka.
torres- 21/22 mill for torres 16 mill for henry i think athletico seen rafa coming but u could argue henrys past it. never scored over 20 goals or over in a season but its a different league different team he's big he's strong a think he'l do fine.
viduka- proven in the prem so no doubt an excellent free transfer hopefully.
da silva- 34 goals in a season is impressive eventhough its the croatian league which i have never seen so cant pass judgemnt on it he did score against our national team so that could be a good omen fo arsenal fans but fingers crosses.
pizzaro- never seen much of him but he was at one of the biggest teams in europe for quite a team and if he flops its not like they spent 30 million like they did on shev.
tuncay- never heard of him
tuncay-

Tuncay is a brilliant player, remember this?
He is versatile and prolific.
Interesting article about Torres.
