Or maybe he was born in a tiny placed called California or Texas, which would make him indigenous to this parcel of land currently occupied by the US Government. Which would make him more of a Américan than you. Go manifest your destiny somewhere else, fatso. See, folks? It's one-dimensional, mono-lingual blowhards like "BigGuy" who make it hard to be lumped into a group of so-called supporters of the USMNT when inside a stadium or even watching on the TV. I'll rather be "illegal." And I'm Caucasian.
Boy Argentina really isn't messing around with this squad, and we've got a bunch of JV guys running out for the game. This might not be pretty.
That won't be the lineup. The Mexico lineup changed at the start of the game last night too. ESPN had Blanco, Bravo, Sanchez and others starting until about 2 minutes before the game. ESPN had Mexico playing a 4-2-4.
The Starting XI are up on USSoccer matchtracker. I can't copy and paste so here it quickly. G - Keller D - Wynne D - DeMerit D - Conrad D - Bornstein M - Feilhaber M - Olsen M - Clark M - Mapp F - Johnson F - Twellman. Just what I would've expected, and about the best (experience) we've got.
That lineup isn't horrible on paper, but Wynne and Olsen scare me a little bit. Pretty thin though. Johnson really needs to step up.
No surprise here. Sky Sports studio team give us no chance. At least they are making the point that this is not even close to being our best side and factoring that into their thinking.
