Default First League Match @ Man Utd.

I have no idea where they are getting the info as the schedule isn't out yet but everyone on the boards in England are saying the very first league match for Wolves will be at OT.
Can anyone confirm? It would be nice to start with an easy one so I hope it's true.
Perhaps they just say that to every team when they go up.

Usually the schedules aren't out until next week, but who knows?

I cannot confirm that, but I'll bet you anything that it will be. Not only that, but it will probably be the first Sunday match like when Man U opened against Fulham two years ago at Old Trafford and Arsenal opened up against Birmingham City at Highbury last year. However, we will all find out on Thursday.

I think the defending champions usually open up at home on a Sunday.

Well I just posted the fixtures list in another thread and it will not be Man Utd away to open. Blackburn away to open is the first match.

I thought ever since the final whistle at Cardiff it would away to OT, but I was close!

It's actually not a bad schedule at all, and going by articles on the Wolves site, Jez and Dave Jones are pleased with it. While it would have been great to open at Old Trafford, this lets us "get our feet wet", before going into that high-profile of a match.
The one stretch that worries me though, is the stretch from late November through the new year:
home against Newcastle
at Tottenham
at Villa
home against Liverpool
at Arsenal
home for Leeds

That's the one portion that really worries me. Other than that, it looks pretty good.
