Has anyone heard anything about Bridge moving to, Stamford, erm, Bridge.

Not trying to be clever, but someone in UK has mentioned this as a current rumor, but I can't find it anywhere. Anyone hear something like this?

I've heard nothing of the sort and I doubt anyone else on here has. Last season Southampton were asking for 7-8 mil for him and since we are concentrating on keeping our current players and not buying new ones, I can't see him coming to the Bridge. We have Le Saux (getting on a but) and Babayaro (only 23) to play there currently so we seem well covered.

I don't think anyone here would mind if we bought him though. Young English quality is always in demand and it would signal to us that we aren't on the verge of financial ruin as the papers would have us believe. In the end if he is sold I think he would end up at one of the EPL clubs that the media likes to portray as "English" - Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle or Man Utd.
