Thumbs up Djorkaeff wants top 10 finish!

Youri believes we can finish in the top 10 next season, as I've said repeatedly over the last week or so. All we need is a player or two, especially someone who knows where the goal is!

There's no reason they shouldn't with this team if Sam can come up with a consistent striker. Solid defence with Laville, good scoring out of midfield, last year they just didn't have anyone up top.

And the league next season will be weak I think. Your three promoted teams--but I think Pompey will be next years Man City and not flint with going down--and Leeds, Villa, and Fulham all in a mess.

What's the word in Bolton on transfers?

Thumbs up

We look to be signing a Greek right winger, but I can't find his name anywhere. Also left back Arthur Numan is coming down for talks next week.

It's early days yet, we'll see what happens when the transfer window opens.

So would Numan fill Mendy's spot?

Nope, rumour is that Mendy will sign for £2.5 million as well. Numan's a left back, Mendy plays on the right. I think the reason for needing a left back is that Ricky Gardner is not one, Simon Charlton is struggling with the Premiership pace these days and Whitlow is aincent and was never that good in the first place. I think Big Sam's interested increasing the squad strength and depth but he knows our priority above everything else is a striker.
