And SAF is right for it. Beck's has been playing total wank crap so far this season while Butt, Fortune and Chadwick have all been giving it their all. This is what happens when preamadonna's come out of the board room with a new contract in hand. If it were the 7th today, my CL lineup (with the key injuries in mind) would be:

Caroll; Gary, Rio, Larry, Silves (duh); Fortune, Veron, Butt, Keane; Giggs in the slot, Ole up top. Becks off the bench behind Forlan and Chadwick.

Lets just hope that he's going through a little post-WC hangover, though, we all know how great beckham CAN play, but will he.

After sitting a game or three Beckham will be back in the team AND in form. I don't think he's match fit yet myself.

Default Little Chadwick

I can't wait to see little Chadwick on the pitch. I think this lad is going to be as good as Beckham if not better in a few years time. Me might not have the daft touch for the long cross as beckham does, but he has everything else beckham has except for the spice girl, but who wants that?

I see Chadwick in the Giggsy mold. He's got pace and likes to go at defenders and he seems to get his defenders all twisted up in knots, ala Giggsy.

Becks doesn't like to really go at defenders any more. He just sits back and swings in crosses or shoots. I remember when he first broke into the first team regularly. He would run his ass off, take on defenders, and get in on tackles. I wish he would get back to more of this for United. He does that type of stuff in spurts for England, but rarely for United.
