Was there anything new in there? All the information there was on BS days ago. Dell'Apa has the easiest job in the sports section. Just rehash BS discussions and he's done. How about some camp news?
On Joseph - he really has no options.

Is the team even practicing at the moment? Judging by some of the comments in recent articles, it sounds like Nicol might have given the team some time off after their two long training trips, this before they head down to Louisiana in a few days.

The interesting tidbit in FDA's article today is related to Burns. Anyone care to touch on the significance of what he said?

"Then the Revolution's return charter flight last Friday was diverted to Baltimore-Washington International Airport. The team experienced a three-hour wait to clear customs, then took a 10-hour bus ride to Logan Airport, arriving Saturday at 9:15 a.m."

Sounds like they need Nickie Peggs. (Or did they fire her last year?)

Well, Friday was the day of the Nor'Easter that caused a significant amount of flight cancellations and other issues, so the issue seems to be the timing more than anything.

So Frank made a whole new article based around a one-sentence response by the Revs management to a question he should have asked them for the first article ?

Adding insult to injury, even COLUMBUS is rumored to be bringing in a South American playmaker.

http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showt...7#post11002057

Toronto signed a winger from Sunderland.

And that's not even getting into Fred's sharp debut yesterday at DC practice.

Tick...tock...TICK....TOCK....

According to the 1st article, Joseph was going to resign the captaincy at the next practice which was going to be Wednesday, (tomorrow). So, apparently there was some downtime planned between the trip & snowstorm & training.

The point I was trying to make is this: why haven't the Revolution had the opportunity to speak to Joseph directly about this?
