Default Ives : Capano out, Leitch in.

So I guess Capano is too injured for Bruce to sign him and he wouldn't take a developmental contract. SHame he had much promise.

I wonder if this means Denton and his 70k salary will be sped upon his merry way.

I was never a big fan of Chris Leitch or Tim Reagan for that matter. They both hustled for sure but their crossing and passing was poor at best when they were w/ the Metros... I like Denton better then both of those guys... Capano was too small and injury prone to make in the majors IMO...

Leitch huh? The former iron man returns....

I like his defensive effort and would be a decent squad player...i was sort of hoping though that i would never again be subject to the torture that is a Chris Leitch cross.

I hope it works out for Chris. I thinks he adds nice depth to the team. His work ethic and conditioning have always seemed to be very good. Hopefully he can help close out a few 1-0 victories this year.

I am now realizing that Bruce was always a bargain basement shopper turning those items he got cheap into gold... hope it ain't fool's gold in this case...

Look, he's totally competent for what he is going to be : a reserve fullback. And probably relatively cheap too.

Now if he is position for the ironman award again, that's not so good

Agreed, Tom.

Remember, folks, we can't be filling the bench with players costing more than $50K. This isn't the EPL yet.
