Chelsea numbers and letters
I just picked up a 2005 3rd jersey and would like to have it numbered. Does anybody know where I can get the numbers/letters in England? Are there places that would ship them to me in the states? I don't want to ship the jersey overseas.
I don't want to slap any generic crap on there. I called my local Soccer Post and ask if they could do EPL lettering and you might of thought I asked her for the square root of 5,160. Since that is the only specialty outfit in the area, I am probably out of luck here.
Any info appreciated... Thanks.

2005 Third jersey? What does that one look like? I used to work at The Onion Bag in North Jersey. We are the only store in North America that does the authentic felt lettering. I get all my shirts there. They can do the letters and numbers, not sure about the EPL patches since they seem to change every few years. They may still have a few though.
(By the way, I grew up in Philly and recently moved from there. Myself, Tim and Bill started the Philly Blues. Are you on our mailing list?)

Its an Umbro shirt with Samsung Mobile on the front. Very dark blue, almost black. There are gray accent stripes on the sleeves and some blue piping.

I have that one with Lampard on the back. The Onion Bag can do it for you. Plus that one does not have the CHAMPIONS patches on the side because we finished second the year before. They have the patches in stock as well because it's the same one that the rest of the league uses now.
Email either brad at onionbag.com or steve at onionbag.com and tell them that Eddie sent you!

We don't have a website but if you go to Yahoo Groups, search for Philly Blues. You should also join the NY Blues list. Some of us go up to NYC to see games as well.

We'd more than welcome you to Nevadas, as we do anyone from Philly!
Recent guests include a new Michigan St. Univ. graduate (and Chelsea supporter) who travels "100%" but had never been to NY til the Pompey game, and several from the UK. Plus, some of us just returned from the Carling Cup in Cardiff (all in one piece, no arrest warrants outstanding). Plus, if you follow other teams/leagues, Nevadas shows EVERYTHING (save the crap SPL) - Ligue 1, Serie A, Bundesliga, qualifiers and friendlies. Gets Setanta Pub Channel, which shows Chelsea TV and will often show Chelsea when not on Sky/FSC. Several months ago, at Scotland-France Euro qualifier, Rod Stewart showed up - insisted on NO special favors, just wanted to see the game with fellow Tartan Army.
