I'm looking for information regarding summer weight training (12 week-long program). I coach at small college and we don't have a strength and conditioning coach. This will be one part of our entire summer conditioning. I'm looking for a two day/week program.

If you can find a copy of The Vision of A Champion by Anson Dorrance and Gloria Averbuch they have put a summer weight program in Appendix II of the book.

The Student/Athlete Educational Foundation provides basic off season formats thatyou might be able to use.
They also can create a package for you in an eight week training cycle if you e-mail the president of the company. This is not advertised on the site and I'm not completely sure of the cost. But it might be the route to take if your school gives you a little to spend.
