Just thought I'd kick this off: Sunday 17 December 2006 FIFA Club World Cup Final Yokohama, Japan Sport Club Internacional (Brazil-CONMEBOL) vs. FC Barcelona (Spain-UEFA) Kick-off: 19:30 (local Japan) 04:20 CT Semifinals: Ahly Sporting Club v. Internacional (1:2) America v. Barca (0:4)
Another 2am kickoff! Actually, I'll be up at midnight to watch the 3rd place match. I think that's an interesting pairing. Will be rooting for CONCACAF to take third place like last year.
I wouldn't dismiss them so lightly. They're exactly the kind of team that could pull an upset in the way that America wasn't -- very fast and skilled. I think we'll win, but I'm not feeling as sure of it as I was with America.
Fox Soccer Channel. But if last year is an indication, FSC signed off the air at the scheduled 7:30am before Sao Paulo received the trophy. I had to switch to Fox Sports Espanol, who were showing Argentina's Fox Sports broadcast, to watch the trophy presentation.
Konichiwa again, Culés! Approximately one hour until the main event. Final - 3rd place match Al Ahly 2-1 Club America 1-0 : Aboutrika 42' 1-1 : Cabanas 59' 2-1 : Aboutrika 79'
Lineup announced on RAC1: Valdes Zambrotta - Marquez - Puyol - Gio Motta Deco - Iniesta Giuly - Gudjohnsen - Ronaldinho
Just checked mine. It's in spanish. Showing Fox Sports Noticias. The settings on either your tv or cable box/satillite box probably has the SAP on, I would guess. I've never had that problem with FSE.
i mean.. im just having at the world club championship... its all in spanish, but when it goes to the match, the commentator is english
