This was exhilarating to listen to. Langley is the man. Good for Paul Furlong as well, who scored the opener; he's really come on in the second half of the season, after getting so much grief from the QPR "faithful".

agreed!!! when the commentators called langley's goal, i scared the crap out of my dog, i was screaming so loud!
and they did seem to make it sound like furlong was MOTM. nice result! never figured on 6 points from these last two...

That's quite a turnaround from the 4-0 thrashing they gave us at Loftus Road. Excellent stuff!

We seem to be hitting our stride a bit. Let's hope they can keep such form to and through the playoffs!

my man richard langley has done it again. First a hatrick then this, he's more and more like his pre-injury self.

I think we've got the playoff place pretty safe now. Shame about that dip in the middle of the season when we were shite, or else we could've been competing for automatic promotion.

come on you Rs

Yep. If he keeps playing like this, he'll be a force to be reckoned with in CONCACAF World Cup qualifying beginning next year.

And, HiJazzey, welcome to the BigSoccer QPR board!

yeah, he plays for Jamaica doesn't he...

I have to watch out for the Reggae boys. When do the qualifiers start?

Thanks for the welcome BTW, mark.

I've been a member at BS for a while now, but I only just discovered that there is a QPR forum.

Thumbs up Cardiff - QPR [R]

HiJazzey, i certainly second the "welcome."
(is your board name a reference to a line from a B.A.D. song, by the way?)
i notice another of your clubs is Real. GORGEOUS goal by Figo yesterday!!!! good NIGHT!!! i haven't seen a keeper hung out to dry like that since Nayim beat Seaman in the 95 CWC final!!! (Arsenal loss = good thing: it's automatic!) Raul's first was a treat, too.

Back to R's: a London based colleague of mine is originally from Luton. He gave me no end of grief after his 10-man side held R's earlier in the season. i need REVENGE on saturday!!!!

hi ross,

no it isn't. It is an adjective describing which region of Saudi I'm from, written in a snazzy way.

How's your work colleague doing BTW ?
