I finally upgraded to digital cable. Via email and to the phone rep I told them why. FSW. I urge all to do the same.

I just upgraded to AT150 on DISH Network to get FSW and I also informed them as to why I was doing it.

I will also inform FSW.

Default Comcast in New Jersey

I also called and e-mailed Comcast. They responded to me through email very quickly. Here is what they had to say:

"Thank you for contacting us through our website. We appreciate your
feelings concerning Fox Sports World. Comcast is dedicated to
providing you with the best service possible. Comcast is currently in
negotiations with the Fox company in order to be able to bring this
channel back to all our viewers. Until our two companies can reach an
agreement on this matter we will be unable to offer the Fox Sports Wold
channel.

We do apologize for this inconvenience."

Is this the standard reply? Or do I actually have a reason to be excited about..

I think it is time to start a movement for THIS the correct way to list games

Home - Away

Sat 4/5 6:30am ET EPL – Man U. v Liverpool
• Sat 4/5 8:30am ET GER - Bayern v Hannover

This is how BigSoccer is listing the upcoming games on FSW ,

There is a mistake in this, can you see it ?

Why can't we get used to list this the right way, I see this happen a lot, even within our soccer community.

Thanks for the clairification. What I saw was the time, the date, and who's playing. IMHO, those are the elements I need in an FSW TV listing, and the order doesn't matter as long as I can figure out all three with a minimum of fuss. Whether it's the "British" way or the "American" way is irrelevant to me.

I'm calling Comcast and telling them FSW is precisely why I'm going to keep my cable during this rough patch for me.

Nope,

It is your listing that is incorrect, as i stated it.

Home team should be listed first , you list this game correctly
Sat 4/5 6:30am ET EPL – Man U. v Liverpool

then turn around and have the second game backwards Bayern v Hannover, this is incorrect

correct way as listed by FSW

FOX Sports World (US)
Deutsche Bundesliga
Hannover vs Bayern Munich

This is also correct :clearly points out LA at Columbus

Saturday, April 5th
Los Angeles at Columbus - ABC

And it's not an isolated case, i find it to be very confusing when not listed correctly. Maybe in other sports it makes no difference who plays home, maybe there isn't that much of an advantage. But as we should know by now, in this sport SOCCER home field advantage means a lot and should be listed as such.

This thread is about signing up for FSW, not which order the home/visiting teams are listed in for TV listings. Which, given the fact that you're watching it on TV should be a secondary concern anyway.
