If Brad leaves Blackburn he will go to Spain or a London club.

He won't play in the Confederations Cup for the US this summer.

There's a slight possibility he will play for the US in the Gold Cup, but if he doesn't then he won't play with the US until January 04.

So Brad, Daric and I are standing in his driveway and it is totally silent. A damp English morning with a crisp bite to the air. A bird flies overhead. Brad looks up and says, "Birds are amazing creatures. Wouldn't it be great to fly through the air like that."

Default Friedal to Man Utd

If Arsenal and Manu Utd want to do anything in Champions League next year they should consider Brad. Especially Man Utd. They have no one. Did you see the howler Carroll pulled for the Charlton goal? With Barthez leaving (by all acounts) they should have some cash to sign him. Would Brad consider Man Utd, and would Rovers consider selling him to another premiership side?

And then he just flaps his arms and flies away...

So Brad, Daric and I are sitting in the player's lounge after the 2-0 shutout of Arsenal at Blackburn watching some of the other games being played that same day. Low and behold Preston versus Leicester City comes on and right when it comes on Eddie Lewis takes a great left-footed free kick (what else could it have been) for a goal. We all start saying, "That was Eddie!" "Way to go Eddie!" and so forth about the great goal until Brad had to do another interview. Unfortunately Preston lost 2-1.

So Brad is driving Daric and I to the airport. It's around nine in the morning and we slow down to go throw a little town. While heading through Tracy points outs the window and says that was Alex. Alex? Yeah, Alex Ferguson. Apparently he always likes to walk to the town to get his coffee and the newspaper on Sunday mornings after games. Brad is friends with Alex and Tracy said that Alex should probably give Brad a call to thank him for beating Arsenal the day before.
