Smile Roonaldo is ready baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

They say Rooney is going to be the next Shearer - well let him play goddammit - who's with me on this guys?
He's started his career better than Owen statswise.
He's fast, strong, mega skillful and has no fear.
83% of us want him to play.
Come on Sven remember if you're good enough, you're old enough - OK.

Owen had a far better record in his first full season than Rooney. He scored 21 goals, got selected for the World Cup squad and scored that goal.

Having said that, Rooney is awesome and should be playing for England regularly, alongside Owen. He's a phenomenon.

Matt, yes Owen scored 21 goals, but did Rooney play in the same amount of games or anywhere near the minutes, that could give the opportunity to score 21 goals?

Rooney looks like he can tear it up, and they will have to be careful to only give him as much as he can handle. So far, so good. Now, given what we've seen of Rooney, why in the world would Hesky play in front of Rooney? Hesky is lump compared to this kid.
