This thread is all about Westfalenstadion an its improvement:

- BVB will install a conference centre within the North stand. Meetings up to 300 people can be held there.

- There are plans to build a new "Fankneipe" (huge fan bar) in August-Lenz-Haus (on the left) near North-East corner. In addtion there will be a new merchandising shop within August-Lenz-Haus.

I take it the new fanshop will be bigger than the one already there?

The fan bar is a great idea. Way to keep some of that vending money within the club.

I am pretty sure that it will be significantly bigger. Watzke said there will be a glass front/shopping window.

Cool. I also like the decision to close the big store and move it to the training ground. Not only will it give me incentive to find the training ground, I don't really like the area the current store is in. Probably because I managed to get lost out there once! LOL!!
