Bolton v Spurs ---RESULT INSIDE
1-0 Wanderers (That's why we watch til the end )
Congrats to you guys and thanks. Spurs were getting a bit too close to us. Doherty must feel terrible right now, but no doubt it was definately a penalty.

Dreadful match. But Bolton had the attack for most of the 2nd half (did Tottenham even have an offense on the field?), and they deserved the result.

That was one of the best games I've seen in years, and it feels even better because it's Spurs
A thoroughly well deserved result. If we had a half decent striker we'd be a top ten team

Still on a high, Prenn. Don't know about you. How can anyone say it was a dreadful match?
Like everyone else I was convinced it wasn't going to happen but what a boost that should be. Just wish we were playing this weekend and that Jay Jay doesn't get injured in Malawi.

Only a Spurs fan would say it was a dreadful match... or someone who watches football just for the goals.
Jay Jay had better not get injured or I'm going to send some 'boys' round to have 'words' with the Nigerian 'FA'

I'm not a Spurs fan. I just appreciate some skill and flair in front. Bolton controlled most of the game, but their men on the attack did nothing to impress me. Pedersen was awful. I've seen Mendy play better. Okocha did some nice things, but I can't remember any of his shots seriously threatening. Like I said before, Spurs didn't even seem to have an offense at all in the 2nd half.
From an impartial point of view, I thought it was a dreadful match. But Bolton did deserve the result.

Pedersen is awful and it's the lack of strikers that's the reason why we're in position.
However if you think this was a bad game you've got an increadibly high standard.

Really?
I thought it was quite an entertaining match.
Every time i see the wanderers on the telly i am continually surprised at how well they play and where they are in the table.
They seem to be one of those teams that is at most 2 players away from challenging the top half of the table on a consistant basis.
