Default The Crowd Was Chanting What?

During the last part of the match, the crowd was chanting someone's name in unison.

Anyone know what they were saying?

That was fun, watching Reading's first ever EPL match. I loved seeing how much fun the fans had.

Was that when Convey got sub'd off? The Convey chant is the ole, ole, ole, ole chant with his name plugged in.

I was wondering the same thing. It was after Convey had been subbed out (I heard his chant when he went out and a couple of other times during the game). It was 2 syllables, 2nd one definitely sounded like "ay" (charades anyone?).

Ive only had the pleasure of attending two Reading matches so a local will have to confirm this, but I am pretty sure that was the Blue Army chant. Amazing to hear the whole stadium doing it, I wish I could have been there.

The sort of default chant at Reading matches is "Blue Army," although it sounds something like "Blewamay."
