Giuly and Anelka are definitely the biggest victims. I know Nico has sinned in the past but that's a very unfair and cruel punishment for someone who really did his best when he had been called recently. He actually showed he could fit in the team and play with Henry. third straight WC without him...I hope he's very strong in his head. He's not the gendre idéal but anyway, my thoughts are for him. Very harsh for Giuly too given his commitment to reach this goal.

Anthony Reveillere (OL) Kinda surprised he wasnt included but he was injured for a while

actually, anelka's a good guy, tell me if you've heard this before ... but the ONE player who came to my son's club to pay tribute to marco foé, stood in the hot sun and signed autographs for an hour... was nico. not even sonny was there! yes gramps...

his teammates like him too. but most important, he was very good in blue. effort, speed, technique, imagination... what the hell else did ray want?

micoud deserves a spot at least as much as... some (like about half a dozen) others...

Nicolas Anelka, Robert pires, Ludociv giuly and Phillip mexes all deserved to be in the team. It is sad to see all those guys miss out when they are some of the best.
