BL 05/06 R32 Hannover 96 - Borussia Dortmund [R]
Kehl will be back after being suspended last week. Rosicky is back from flu. Weidenfeller still missing. BUT Jan Koller will sit on the bench!!!!

This is a huge match especially if anyone is still thinking about a UEFA Cup spot. I must admit I'm holding out a glimmer of hope even still.

Hey Jonam would you happen to have the pics of Koller in his pirate garb from the amatuers match? Maybe some of the BS posters would like to see.

Re: BL 05/06 R32 Hannover 96 - Borussia Dortmund [R]
Great result for BVB. Rosicky is on the pitch for 3' and equalises. Very nice to see.
Hannover 1 - BVB 2
1:0 Mertesacker (44.)
1:1 Rosicky (59.)
1:2 Wörns (81.)
No favors from Hertha. They could've at least drawn and helped a little bit. Going to be nearly impossible to catch Leverkusen.

That said, catching them was going to be pretty hard to do as it was so perhaps we're better off being thankful we're now within a point of Hertha instead of worrying about being no closer to 5th place. Not to mention the fact that with Vfb playing in the Allianz Arena tomorrow night, the chances of us finishing any lower than our current 6th are very slim, so that's good news.

You ask, we serve. ;-)
Boy, that was an undeserved win. Anyway, keeps the pressure on Hertha BSC and I have new hope that we might end up on an UI Cup spot. :-)

Re: BL 05/06 R32 Hannover 96 - Borussia Dortmund [R]
Just finished watching some of the highlights from the club's website. Can't quite figure out how we didn't lose 3-0, let alone come away with the win. Not that we haven't suffered games like that ourselves this season, of course, but Eintracht might not be so forgiving if we play like that again come Saturday. Special mention must go to Gentenaar, who continues to prove a more than useful deputy in Weidenfeller's absence.

I swear he looks exactly like my uncle, who has lived in Germany for over 30 years now. Those are funny pics. Thanks Jonam!

You said the one thing I've been thinking all day. We've suffered through enough matches like that, so it's about f#cking time we won one.
However, you are right. We can't play like that again on Saturday and we'll need the match of our lives the week after at the Allianz Arena seeing that Bayern has made some sort of tradition out of kicking the s#it out of us in Munich these days........
Oh, forgot to mention that it's a shame Gentenaar will be moving on next season. But, he deserves to be a #1 somewhere.
I just hope Weidenfeller doesn't get hurt next season. I really don't have the utmost confidence in Meier......
