Apparently, the Inter Ultras jeered Marc Zoro whenver he touched the ball, but as the game went on, the rest of the Inter fans got fed up and whistled every time a racist chant started, drowning them out.

I'm as sick as the next guy of this racist abuse, but the regular Inter supporters have my respect, and I thank them for taking a stand. If large groups of supporters would join together like this every time this happened, this racist chanting might stop, as FIFA or UEFA can only do so much.

And in the Inter-Villareal 1st leg, the lineup had one Italian, one Serbian, one African, and EIGHT South Americans. Geez, these racist fans should chase their own side off the San Siro.



The only Italians that I know that are getting playing time are Toldo, Materazzi, & Cristiano Zanetti. So yeah, most of Inter's players are foreigners, so I don't understand why some Inter fans are such jerks.

I dont want to be offensive here but did any of you chumps actually watch this game and see what happened? Do any of you know what you are talking about or do you just enjoy flooding our forum with senseless crap.

First of all not all Inter fans are racist retards so get that absurd thought out of your thick skulls. Second of all what took place at the San Siro was not a racist attack on Zoro. A friend of mine who went to the game told me there were no monkey noises or the like. The Ultras were simply protesting that Zoro wanted publicity for what took place in the San Flippo earlier in the year and were disappointed that their Messina faction had several members banned from coming to see Inter to play in any stadium for five years, for one and life for the other (I think not too sure on what the final punishment was). Not the brightest idea on their part but certainly no reason to single them out for being idiots as you have done.

There was no racist chanting the Ultras just decided to "boo" Zoro when he touched the ball and these boos were barely audible on TV and it was reportedly only a group of the Ultras that booed Zoro. What I find funny is how all of you but the first person who made the thread was smart enough to realize that the rest of the stadium protested against these few who were doing the booing and were whistling their own fans. These whistles were so loud at times that the commentators had to stop talking altogether and wait for another player to touch the ball before they could begin talking again.

I would like all of you to stop acting all high and mighty, the problem of racism is all over soccer and is nothing new to inter or many other teams. Some of you support Barca, I remember the same thing from your fans, dont get me started on roma, and as for our EPL fans dont act like you guys are immune otherwise Henry and Viera would not have had such a rough time of it and the former would not have started his anti racism campaign with Nike.

Really if you guys think some of the Inter fans are dumb some of you who post here are no better.

first of all like soocer stallion said, booing a player is not racist, and that is what the ultras did!
secondly, the whole incidant in the first place was stupid, because they have no way of knowing if the actions of the ultras were racist. in messina ultras made monkey noises toward zoro maby for other reasons, infact he had actually made a bad tackle against martins!!
also ultras always make monkey noises to both white and black players alike e.g gutuso!!, so by punishing ultras for booing black players only, is racist in itself!!
finally ultras inter have been on strike now for over a month because of this inccidant, over a month of no banners, flags, flares, chants, obviously there must be something wrong, otherwise whats the point of taking such extreme action
