yeap, it's time to pick up some shattered pieces left on the floor. The advantage is home and Westfalenstadion; and not much more!

All of us US are worried that we are meeting you at a terrible time. It's never fun to run in to a team after they just had a bad loss. We get to see how far we've come by how well we can hold off an enraged German side.

I'm not necessarily saying US will get a result, but I think we'll come out and give a good game. This game should have as close to WC intensity as either team will see before the cup, given the pressure on the Germans based on the last game. I expect an EXTREMELY physical, tough game by both sides, regardless of the score. Speaking for our side, we will need that, with the tough physical teams we'll be facing in our group. I feel that if US can do well in the physical matchups, we will do ok.

Most of our Euros will not be there. Just won't be available because it's not a FIFA date.

Want to see how far MLS has come? Well, here is test time, and a big one at that.

Have no expectations at all. Just want to see how these guys play against a team that wants to redeem itself, in a difficult atmosphere.

Good litmus test.
