Default Oliver Neuville Love

What do Germans thinks of him? What form is he in? Will he be on the WC roster?

Thank you----I always thought the same thing. I like Neuville---he's quick & opens things up. He's not great or anything---but he adds a lot---Wotan

i think he will be not in the squad, he is like Brdaric, both are good at midclass teams but i hope for Kiessling he will become a fantastic striker in the future.

currently he plays in our U-21 very good and next years he is at Leverkusen under contract, in germany he is called the new Jürgen Klinsmann

Back to Neuville, i dont think he is what we need, we have many good strikers but no real worldclass striker.
i think these are the strikers for the WC: Klose, Podolski, Kuranyi, Asamoah and Hanke or Kiessling.

I do not have many chances of seeing Kiessling play. May be once or more often on news hi-lites when he scores. He is very tall, and reminds me of a similar player, Peter Crouch of Liverpool.

Oliver Neuville should be in this squad without a doubt. His heroics in 2002, will always make me fond of him. If I were Manager of Die National Mannschaft, my strikers would be Klose, Podolski, Neuville, Kiessling, and Hanke. Also I want to say to people stop bashing on Wotan. Who are you to say if he's German or not. Just because he does not think like you doesn't mean he should be labled "Racist". I think we are too quick these days to lable someone "Racist". Look at that whole thing with Steve Finnan recently, the Man Utd, supporters say he racially abused Evra, however he claims that it is not true at all. How can he be racist if he has black teammates, that he congradulates when they score for Liverpool. Bring the comments on people, I am not one to shy away from conflict, I will fight tooth and nail on this subject

Why did he mention Owomoyela then? Not only did he live in Germany all his live, his mother is German as well. Why not mention Podolski who says he feels Polish all the time or even Neuville who can't even speak proper German.

I know why...

I do too, but why get all ruffled about it. Your acting like its an insult against you. By the way good thing Podolski is playing for Germany or we would be even worse. Just because you don't speak the language well doesn't mean you don't have a German mindset or are etnically German, Neuville's Grandparents are from Germany. To play for "Die NationalMannschaft" you should have at least a Grandparent who is from Germany

I was just explaining why I don't think we were "too quick" to label him rascist. And I don't agree with you last sentence at all.
