Do you guys have built legs?
I played soccer since I was 8, and for some reason my legs are just huge. Calf muscle and all. I have a lot of people as me what I do for my work out, and I just say I run and lift with my legs one day a week. I belong to a fitness forum, and a lot of people still dont see my legs are built as they are.

It has a LOT do do with genes. Some people are "born soccer players" with huge thigh and calf muscles. My legs are also a lot bigger compared to my upper body.

That would suck if you had all muscle legs. You would be in a wheelchair and all.
thanks

I've always had fairly muscular legs and just started playing soccer partially because i thought i might be suited for it. i have found that i need to stretch quite a bit before repetitively kicking the ball long distances.

One of the ways to tell a soccer player is if his calf muscles are bigger than his knees, mine are.

aww man! I feel left out! I've played football (soccer) constantly since I was 4, and my leg muscles are as small as anything!! And apart from a 1 and a half year break, I've played near enough every day since then.
