Cup Matches - 05Feb06
Going to lose my cup match. Suffered a bunch of wickets early and my bowlers won't bowl well enough to catch up.

Re: Cup Matches - 05Feb06
Won by over 200 hundred runs to get to round 5, should have TIE'd. I'm now the 13th seed of 128 remaining teams.
Next round is very winnable. They're quite an average team except for one star spinner.
Anyone else still in both the hattrick and battrick cups?

Re: Cup Matches - 05Feb06
won comfortably and get to play a league opponent next... will be a very interesting match... its at my place and while he might have equal or better batting and fastbowlers... my spin is much better than his and I'm going to play on a dusty wicket... looks like I could continue my cup run.

Re: Cup Matches - 05Feb06
I didn't expect to come close in my match. I didn't come close...
But it was a good run and I made a lot of money as three of my four matches were at home and all of them sold out at 15k.

I won by a solid 50 runs but it looks like my cup run will end next week against One World CC of II.2. It'll be played on their dusty ground and I don't have a single spinner. This looks like it'll be the second consecutive season I finish 1 match away from a home cup match.

Re: Cup Matches - 05Feb06
i'm out. played TIE. lost by 9 wickets. he puts up a quality top order rating and i just didn't put up enough runs to make it competative. if i had been able to put up 250-300 I might have had a chance to win because his middle and lower orders were rubbish.
