Dynamo Dresden looked good (on the NDR highlight show, at least). The goal was a scorcher, and nearly 8,000 fans for a 3rd division match. After this I'd have to put them as one of the favorites for promotion.

The season is long. No 1 favourite in the north is RW Essen, followed by VfL Osnabrück. Realistically these two should be the ones to promote.

i´m living in dresden and the fans here are really great. in the oberliga (4. liga) they normally have around 5000 people watching the team in the stadium, its fantastic.

but i dont think, that they can move into the 2. liga this year. they have not enough money and wouldtn get the permission of the dfb.

Just saying I was impressed by what I saw on the highlights, and I have to give them a lot of credit for getting 8000 for a third division match. Babelsberg also looked decent this weekend (I though RW Essen was one of the favorites). Add in Chemnitz, and it's nice to see the Ossies performing well.
