With Heskey signed and Smicer and Berger expected to sign this weekend Houllier has everything in place for next season.

I would expect one more signing, hopefully Duff. But if not one other right midfield/winger sort of player and we are ready.

Gerrard will miss the friendly tomorrow as a precaution.

Good..! I like Emile, he takes a lot of BS from people who don't understand his role out there. But GH tells him where and how he wants him to play.

I just watched the Leeds - Liverpool highlights from last season again via the official web site when Emile scored two.

Reminded me how good he is (I still have the world cup stuck in my head).

With competition from Diouf. Emile will have to be sharp from the first kick off and I think he will be ready.

People who moan about him, don't have a clue. They get their opinions from commentators and can't form their own judgement.
