Cup Round 2
So far so good. I'm on defense to begin my match and I'm holding my opponent to less than four runs per over. I checked out his bowlers, too, and their averages are about 6 runs per over, so I think I'm going to have an easy home win.
I expected it, though. I scouted them before the match and they looked like a pretty easy team.
And while I wrote this, I took my eighth wicket in the 34th over.

Re: Cup Round 2
And my opponent's half of the innings ends with only 125 runs. My third bowler (spin bowler) took four wickets in four overs. I think I'm going to buy him several beers after the match.

Re: Cup Round 2
I gave up 296 runs... after 7 "overs" I have 42 (but he only had 44 at this point) so we'll see... long way to go.

Re: Cup Round 2
I won in the 20th over by nine wickets. My next cup draw, though, is going to crush me.

Re: Cup Round 2
I'm in the middle of a first-rate screwjob. I put out a pretty decent batting lineup and watched Seargent put up 95 runs and the rest of the order put up less than 100, combined, as we were bowled out at 168-10. Now, my idiot bowlers can't get a ********ing wicket and I'm about to lose with about 20 overs and 8 wickets to spare.
