I'm wondering if their any small clubs in France right now who potentially can be bigger clubs some day. What about LeMans in div. 2 if they move up to div. 1 next year can they become a bigger club ? France has some big clubs now like PSG, Marseille,
Lyon, Monaco their has to be some smaller club right now who can potentially be as big as them some day. Reimes,Nice,St.Entienne were once big clubs now they are small we need some clubs going in the other direction.
