What tickets are you buying?
After finding out the group we're in (Group E), I'm not so sure it'd be wise to buy anything past the group stage tickets right now. I want to be optimistic about how we'll perform, but I also HAVE to be realistic as well.
I think I'm just going to buy CAT III tickets for the group stage and maybe the Round of 16. If you look at the schedule, the Runners Up from Group E (which we would probably be if we advance) have to play the Winners from Group F (which would probably be BRAZIL!).

Re: What tickets are you buying?
If you buy tickets from USSF, and the US fails to advance, do you get a refund on the unused tickets???

Re: What tickets are you buying?
Well, to answer my own question, according to the US Soccer website:
Quote:
|
"If the U.S. does not advance to a match requiring Conditional tickets, refunds will be applied to the same credit or debit card, less a handling fee of five (5) Euros"

So handling fee aside, I guess there is no harm in getting tickets even if you don't think the MNT will make it to that particular match.

Re: What tickets are you buying?
I'll be buying all 3 first-round games thru the USSF, but gotta wait until my new credit card shows up before I can get anything. Hopefully there'll still be tickets available when that happens.

Re: Which US Tickets did you apply for?
I applied to all 8 in cat 1 and did not include anyone else, out of hopes that I would improve my chances.
