Real Madrid - Olympique Lyonnais [R]
Well both clubs are through, so the only thing this game will do is decide who comes in first and who finishes second. Lyon took the first match 3-0 at home and it Madrid is comming off of a 3-0 loss to Barcalona. Real will be with out Raul who is out for 2 months, it also looks like Real will be with out Ronaldo again. Lyon are comming off a 2-1 win over Troyes, with both goals scored by defender Cris.
My prediction for this match is a draw, as both teams don't have much to play for, but they will still want to get that top spot in the group because it leads to a higher seeding in the knockout phase.
Note : This game will be broadcast online if you have SopCast ( http://www.live-foot.com/matchs)

Re: Real Madrid - Olympique Lyonnais [R]
i think that precisely because both teams are qualified, both will play very hard to win and it will be a great match. réal will want to win at least for their morale. after getting beat by OL 3-0 and losing the classico by the same score they must be plenty steamed; if they're not there's no hope for them!
OL will want to put on a big show for a big audience, probably their biggest ever worldwide. they can afford to lose and still finish first in the group, so why not try for the win? they've developed a style for europe of playing on the break so it's not certain they'll come out guns blazing, but if réal doesn't press, OL's not going to sit there looking at them like a couple of china dogs on the mantlepiece!

Re: Real Madrid - Olympique Lyonnais [R]
I'd like to see us play with beaucoup de force for this match. We have a 12 pt lead in L1, so it's not like we need to rest guys to focus on L1. This is another match where Lyon can signal to the rest of Europe that Lyon is for real, no pun intended.
Should we beat Real once again, I think that would pretty much put us up there with Chelsea, Juventus, and Barcelona.

Re: Real Madrid - Olympique Lyonnais [R]
Hello there, yeah i found out a good forum for OL :]
So, could you give me further information about the injured player of real madrid ? 1. fact is that roul is out
but what about ronaldo ....and the others ?
well, i think its not that interesting who will be missed but it would be easier to win for OL ^_^
In my opinion Lyon will win this game quite easy because of their power and their always will to win !!!!!! there was only one game out of the last 23 they played week against nantes and without their stars. They want to win in spain, they want to slaughter real madrid ( the kings haha ) and who cares about the place they play ? remember back agianst olympiakos piräus, they beat them in greek like fools. The star ensemble of lyon is a team , real has 11 individual players and thats why they will win easy in spain
what about your opinion ?

Re: Real Madrid - Olympique Lyonnais [R]
Raul is injured so as Woodgate.. but, all the other players are fit to fight unlike in the Barcelona game where Ronaldo, Zidane, Helguera, Baptista were flown from injuries and were no way near to their best form.... datz real news!!! what about Lyon ???

Re: Real Madrid - Olympique Lyonnais [R]
abidal out for three months, otherwise the group is complete and 100%healthy. 21 players flew to madrid: Coupet, Vercoutre – Berthod, Réveillère, Caçapa, Cris, Diatta, Monsoreau, Clément, Clerc, Juninho, Diarra, Tiago, Pedretti, Malouda, Govou, Wiltord, Fred, Carew, Ben Arfa, Benzema.
the french press is under the impression that ronaldo is doubtful, and there's even discussion on if zidane is fit. what's the reality?

Re: Real Madrid - Olympique Lyonnais [R]
that´s the reality ! nobody knows exactly who will be fit ....
translated from olweb.fr : Why? Because of the number of casualties, hardly given players their pips physical or decreased by certain pains. Blow Raul, Gravesen, Woodgate will miss; Ronaldo, could be it; Beckham, Guti, Baptista are not as well as possible... As for Zidane, it returns very right after having looked after its supply main.
thats quite nice for OL :] i wanna see them owning, is anyone thinking real will win ? and when ....why ?
let us make bets for the game :]
Real vs. Lyon : 0-2
