A while back, someone posted a link to a league website that each week would review one of the LOTG. The first one reviewed was the offside call.

Does anyone know of the site I'm thinking of.

I need a good site that I can print out a detailed definition of the rules with a practical application thereof, and distribute to parents.

Some of the parents on my son's U-13 team don't seem to understand that this is a contact sport. We were in Emporia for a tournament this past weekend and several dads had to move away from the ones that were just screaming at the refs. I was too embarassed to be associated with them. Even the boys on the field thought that some of the dads were out of control.
