Default Bolton V Leeds 16/12/02 [R]

The lucky gits.

We dominate them in everyway and manage to lose 3-0. Lets not get away from the fact that Leeds were ************, they're one of the worst teams to come to the Reebok this season which makes that scoreline look even more strange. They'll go down, I now think the bottom three will most probably consist of West Ham, Leeds and ourselves.

The defending was woeful at times and superb at others, our finishing like most of the season has been serverely lacking. I think that's the whole point here, we had more than enough decent chances to at least make the game 3-3, it was a game we did not deserve to lose. 3 moments of madness has cost us dear.

We desperately need a class striker or two in January, it will be the difference between us going down and staying up.

were we at the same match?

I didn't think Bolton were too good at all. And of course we looked the better side.

Mills and Wilcox scored amazing goals with their weaker feet.

Robbo even saved a penalty which should have never been awarded.

The home support was the worst i have seen this season. I think it was a deserved win as all except for the first few min we controlled the match.

Bolton had more posession, more shots on goal, more shots on target, most of the play was in the Leeds final 3rd. We ripped the piss out of your sad lot and you know it. Wilcox and Mills scored goals that they would not score again in a hundred attempts and Fowler got lucky. Djorkaeffs penalty was actually crap, all Robinson had to do was move the right way to save it. If that game was played again tomorrow we'd win.
