Default Worthington Cup draw

Could've been a lot better for Everton - the Toffees will play at Chelsea in a couple weeks time.

Aston Villa v Preston North End
Burnley v Manchester United
Liverpool v Ipswich Town
Blackburn Rovers v Rotherham
Wigan Athletic v Fulham
Sheffield United v Sunderland
Crystal Palace v Oldham Athletic
Chelsea v Everton

Well if you go with what Sir A Ferg. said to EvertonFC.com he believes that Everton are a better side than Chelsea with all there high priced talent. Well I for one can finally agree with something he has had to say.

Well, we've beaten Newcastle away, Leeds away, and Arsenal this season. So there no reason that we can't beat United Nations of Chelsea FC.

True dat. I'm just a little concerned about Chelsea possibly being one of the few "big" clubs to take this competition seriously.

After all, they might want to win the cup to secure their streak of being knocked out of the UEFA Cup by clubs the size and cost of their reserve squad.
