Default Players assessment

Well, we're riding high in the league and showed alot of passion to come back and win a cup tie but how do you think each player is performing.

I think we can break the players down to a few groups.

1).Young players that are new to the team and playing fantastically:

Rooney, Yobo.

2).Talented players whose form/confidence has dramatically improved with Moyes at the helm:

Radzinski, Graveson, Hibbert, Wright.

3). Tried and trusted players that give a workman-like performance and are more consistant this season.

Weir, Unsworth, Campbell, Pembridge, Watson.

4). Improving players:

Carsley, Li Tie, Naysmith, Linderoth.

5). Needs improvement (are basically shite):

Pistone, Alexandersson

I haven't seen enough of Stubbs, Gemmill or anyone else to form an opinion.

(POINTS)
01: Liverpool (30)
02: Arsenal (29)
03: Chelsea (23)
04: EVERTON (23)
05: Man UTD (22)

I'd say we were riding high.

Everyone is playing excellent. Wright is more reliable than Simonsen and Gerrard in goal.

The player I've been most impressed with is Yobo. He's been superb in defence. Li Tie (pronounced Li Tjar) is playing excellent too, but gets tired quickly.

Naysmith was great last season, but hasn't done much coz of injury.

Stubbs hasn't figured too much because he does far too many mistakes. He falls asleep to often in games.

I'd agree with the group you've put the players in.

Remember Tony Hibbert though, he's improving all the time. And we have Nick Chadwick who's been scoring loads of goals for the reserves (But has Campbell, Radzinski, Rooney to contend with).

There are three players Ive been most impressed with this season, Radz, Yobo, and Hibbert. Radz has given 110% in every match, Hibbert and Yobo are rock solid.

Campbell is finally injury free and playing well The only week links I see is Unsworth and Pembridge.

Are you sure about Pembridge? I've always liked him coz he gives 100% (seems like 110%) every game. Unsworth isn't brilliant at passing, but he's a solid defender.

From the matches Ive seen Most of the good scoring oppertunities against us come from the left side, and Unsworth at times seemed to be left standing still. If it wasnt for Weir backing him up I thought Everton could have been done for in some of those matches. Then Again Ive only seen 5 matches and listened to all the rest.
