Soccer? Soccer? Soccer is for little girls who go and cry whenever they get hit by the ball. Soccer is for metrosexuals whose face has more makeup than a 2 dollar whore in bangkok. be a real man.

Christ, you guys really don't know anything about Rome do you? The guy never knows when to shut the ******** up. He is like the obnoxious prick in the corner who keeps calling you out for no reason. Do you guys recall the Jim Everett incident? For our Europeans pals: Jim Everett used to play Quarterback for the LA Rams and Rome got into the habit of calling him "Chrissy." Now here is where it gets good. Rome has Everett on the show and he was calling him"Chrissy" right to his face, and Everett had enough. I believe it went something like:
Rome: ".... Chrissy"
Everett: "Don't call me that" (or something of the sort)
Rome: "Why not Chrissy?"
Everett: I" bet you're not going to call me that again"
Rome: "Really Chrissy?"

Everett gets out of his chair and goes after Rome. One of the greatest moments in American sports media history. Rome has the biggest mouth and he won't shut up. That's why myself and almost every American sports fan loves him. Hacksaw Hamilton is also a favorite of mine.

Now to Wynalda. Wouldn't suprise me if he popped off to him. Rome hates soccer and will say so until he is blue in the face. I remember the day the US beat Mexico his show was on and he did a little thing on the US and how great it is that the US is becoming good at probably one of the worst sports in the world. He was being his sarcastic prick self going on and on about how worthless this is. He concluded with this: "Hey, at least we beat Mexico now we are better than them at everything." (not sure if those were his exact words, but he took a cheap shot at the Mexicans and I remember ending up on the floor in laughter.)

Jim Rome is rolling with the controversial work huh? I don't know if I could make myself look like an idiot, closed-minded, and ignorant person on TV just to get ratings and have some unique, annoying, and recognizable personality. Is it worth looking like an ass?
