Default Peace Cup 2005 Live Webcast Thread [R]

Here's the official website in English,

http://www.peacecup.com/eng

For more information about the Peace Cup matches, news and information, check this thread,

----------------------------

Okay, it seems that Pdbox, the largest P2P site in Korea, has launched its new broadcasting webcast. With this webcast, you can watch all the Peaceup matches live. Simply speaking, it's the equivalent version of "Coolstreaming". The only differerence with that is, it's got more features and it's got more variety of channels. Other than football, you can watch movies, sports, animations or even games!

To play this webcast is very simple and easy. The only part that's pretty hard is the logging part. But don't worry. I made a step-by-step guide for those who can't read Korean. Hope this helps!

P.S - I made a username, "peacecup" and the password "peacecup". You can use this to log in. The same username can be logged in at the same time, so don't worry about others using this username when you're using it.

---------------------------------

Here are the full schedules of Peace Cup matches.

*All times are Korea time.

Seongnam (KOR) v PSV Eindhoven (NED) - 19:00
Once Caldas (COL) v Lyon (FRA) - 19:00

5. Now, double click the icon to open it. You will see the log-in pop up. Type username and password ( username and password are "peacecup") and then press the button in a red circle.

6. Sometime, when the server is busy, this image appears. It's not an error but it says you failed to log in. Try loggin in 5 seconds later if this image pops up.

7. Now, when you successfully log in, you will see this image. Click on the button in a red circle to open up the channel list.

8. It's all done now. All you have to do is find out which channel to join in. It's very easy because you have small screenshots on the left side of the list, so that you can easily identify what's being brodcast in that channel. I put the number on the image. Simply,

1) It tells you how many people are inside. If it says, "Full" then that channel is full and you can't join in.

2) It's the "Refresh" button. You have to use this button occassionally as the channels appear or disappear in a rapid manner. Sometimes, the channel list can expand to 100 or sometimes it can reduce to 20. So, it's best to use the "Refresh" button to update the list.

3) It's the "Screenshots".

Thanks. That's a good idea. I'll do that.

For those of you who live in other areas, these are the TV stations that will brodcast the matches,

Euro-Sports - Europe
Telemundo TV - N. America
ESPN - S. America
ART - Middle East
SBS - Australia
SABC - Africa

Actually the long list of schedule time posted by me earlier for Eurosport doesn't seem to be accurate.
For those of you with Eurosport, check

http://www.eurosport.com/home/pages/...rs1_ven0.shtml

TV schedule on the Eurosport website which should be 100% accurate.
