Ok, maybe my post was a tad negative, but can you blame me. When on Earth has PSG been a real force in France or Europe for that matter? I know we have discussed this into the ground about PSG should be a footie giant with being in Paris a world city, but I just can't get past that HUGE boulder.

We were one of the biggest clubs in Europe in the mid 90's thats for sure.

Canal+ give us the money to buy all the best talent in France (Djorkaeff, Weah etc etc...)
Then, they all went to the 'better' leagues in England and France...
So then Bergeroo and Fernandez polluted the team with crap domestic and South American signings...

Did the PSG faithful rip him to shreads in the newspapers? Because it seems like PSG is just an average European club in 1 of THE most famous cities on Earth.
