We are at home.
We should get three points.
Then again, we are at home.

Kick off.
West Ham trying to get first home win of the season.
James comes out for an early save. Long throw out.
Defoe set free almost ... gets tangled up in his own feet. Loses the advantage.

Cole with a scuffed corner. Sinclair shot, tested Wright. Corner to West Ham.
Corner by Di Canio, cleared by Carsley.
Di Canio nut meg to Cole, dont quite connect on it however.
Everton come forward ... cross headed out by Minto for a Toffee throw.

Lomas with some wayward passes early in the match.
9 minutes in, 0-0.
Ball from Cole to Lomas is decent but Lomas has no help and the threat is minimal.
Di Canio cross blocked. Throw in to West Ham.

Carsley with a shot/cross that goes out for a goal kick. James takes.
Offsides on an outrageous little chip. Di Canio busted.
Dailly, playing safety first, plays one out for a Everton throw.
James with a long clearance, higher than the flats across the street.
