QPR 0-0 Bristol City, Bristol City advances 5-4 on penalties.

aaaaAAAArggghhh....!!

Cup crap never ends. When was the last time QPR won ANY cup game? I honestly don't remember...it's been a couple of seasons, anyway.

Oh well. Now we can focus on winning the division.

Well I was curious enough to look it up: it is in fact 6 consecutive cup losses for QPR, over 2 seasons.

Last win was FA Cup 4th round, Jan 17, 2001, 2-1 over Luton Town at Loftus Road. That's a long fricking time. I actually don't remember that game, though I do recall the 5th round game: 0-6 to Arsenal.

As I recall, the Luton Town win was in a replay, after drawing with them in Luton. I think Kiwomya scored late to get us through, although maybe he scored very late in the first game to earn the replay. I think that was the third round and the Arsenal was the fourth, but I could be wrong (I'll have to check my Arsenal program, since I was at that drubbing and have my copy at home).
