Didn't he have "family issues" or whatever? Thats solved by moving to SoCal? I thought he was suppose to go back to England.

That said, Chivas definitely needed some quality attacking players, I like the move for them. Wonder if KC will draft another forward

i tried to PM some of these to phantom tollbooth but there have been a number of cuts from teams like TFC and Vancouver and also Montreal has signed 4 players ... so those should probably go on the "list" whenever it starts.

Berhalter is retiring for sure.
Kirovski is most likely retiring (he wasn't on the protected or un-protected lists for the recent expansion draft).

Kirovski (unfortunately for LA) is not retiring, his being left off was an oversight:

but Keller and Berhalter are ... and Andre Luiz (SJE) wasn't on the protected or unprotected list so perhaps he is retiring?

KC waives 4 players - Waiver draft apparently started 7 minutes ago

Sporting Kansas City announced Wednesday that defender Scott Lorenz along with midfielders Jeferson, Milos Stojcev and Craig Rocastle have been waived.

Lorenz, 24, made one regular appearance for Sporting Kansas City after joining from NSCMinnesota Stars, starting in Sporting Kansas City’s 3-2 loss to the Chicago Fire.

Stojcev started 11 matches during the 2011 season, registering two assists for Sporting Kansas City, while also notching one goal in Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup against Chicago Fire PDL.

Rocastle joined Sporting Kansas City prior to the start of the 2010 season.After starting 18 matches and recording three assists last year, Rocastle’s 2011 season was interrupted after suffering a sprained MCL while playing for Grenada in this summer’s CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Jeferson made nine regular season appearances in 2011 after joining Sporting Kansas City on loan from Vasco da Gama in July. The Brazilian midfielder registered his lone assist of 2011 in Sporting Kansas City’s 4-2 win over Toronto FC.

All four players are now eligible for selection in Wednesday’s Waiver Draft, to be held at 2:30 p.m. CT.

I think the agreement was Pore on loan and Int'l slot for the agreement not to take a Timber in the draft. Not Pore to Montreal indefinitely, trade still possible. Pore is still on contract with the Timbers.
