Default Lyon tour USA in 2005

Anyone hear that Lyon will be part of the Championsworld tour of the USA?

I don't see anything about this on OL's website, either
mainpage or forum
http://olweb.fr/fr/index.html

Does this "Championsworld tour of the USA"-thingie have
its own website and do they mention anything about this?

Championsworld does have their own website but have not updated the tour news for the summer. Just looking to see which teams that are rumored have any news on the tour. Celtic confirmed they will be on the tour.

They did file Bankrupcty but the company is still having a tour. Many companies have file bankruptcy and still are around like Chrysler.

ah ok, I knew there was something going on with them ...

weren't there tons of complaints last summer about championsworld, in particular, the lack of first team players showing up or something like that.

The Chicago match was a full house but Manchester United played their 2nd team which made people mad. I saw the Pittsburgh match of Roma vs Chelsea with over 25,000 fans then drove to Toronto and saw Porto vs Liverpool over 40,000 fans and the next night Roma vs Celtic over 50,000 fans. This years series will be a tournament for a Cup.

I haven't heard anything about them touring the USA but I did remember seeing something about them touring China. A French team needs to be on this Champions World tour eventually and if Lyon could get on it and one up OM and PSG so to speak then that would be a big coup for them. We all know that French teams do a horrible job of marketing outside their own country but an Asian tour is just as important as a North American tour if not more so because there's more people in East Asia.

Yep, I remember all that crap well. I saw Manu/Celtic in Phila shortly after, when ManU decided to fly in a couple of the regulars. Scum bags.
Anyway, a Lyon tour would be cool but I can't find anything either...
