Default Eddie Gustafsson

I would think its amazing if no MLS team has scouted out Eddie Gustafsson (on tour with the Swedish National team in the US at the moment). He is a quality goalie, who might not be number one in Sweden but he should be of interest for any side in the US anyway, considering he is available on free transfer and refuses to stay in the Scandinavian leagues.

I would think it more amazing that a MLS coach would use a foreign spot on what would likely be a backup GK. MLS (and the US in general) is well-stocked in goalkeeping talent, there's no need to import anyone for this position.

Only thing is, he's not an import. He's a dual citizen of the US and Sweden, and chose to play for Sweden in part because of Keller and Friedel.

Any reason why he wants to leave Scandinavia? Is it because of the lack of quality PBJ sandwiches?

Gustafsson was in the Metros camp but he is not going on the club's trip to Ecuador so I doubt that they will sign him.
