As we hope you all know and appreciate, we are always striving to make BigSoccer the best community it possibly can be. One of the keys to our community is our moderators. They work hard to provide a fun and safe environment for everyone on the site. Of course, we realize things don't always go smoothly and that when some people have praise others have complaints.

We are instituting a new procedure for reviewing our moderators, and that involves soliciting feedback from you. This is a serious excercise and we ask you to only participate if you take it seriously. We are asking you to post your praise and criticism, and suggestions, regarding the moderation of THIS PARTICULAR FORUM in this thread. Personal attacks will be binned (the mods have our approval to do this) and we are only looking for thoughtful criticisms or compliments. Though we'd prefer you didn't, if you are uncomfortable posting in public, please send EMAIL to help@bigsoccer.com.

I have actually seen the moderator of this board pedaling a one-speed bike down a country road with a baguette in his basket while smoking a Gitanes and wearing a beret, listening to a mix tape containing Serge Gainsbourg, Les Rita Mitsouko, Daft Punk and Jerry Lewis comedy routines.

For this alone he deserves high marks all around.

Sadly, not only is this true, I was chasing Marco Pantani yelling "Drugs!" the whole time.

I actually have daft punk's homework on rotation on my cd player, and I replay the "You are listening to 83.7 WDPK bringing you exclusively Daft Punk's Homework" just so I can perfect speaking english in a thick french accent when going between tracks 1 and 3. And I try to use "blaspheme!" in a sentence as often as appropriate. Then there's my Yves Montand problems (St. Vincent et all), but that's really for another thread.

On to other notes, this thread is being unstuck to die the quiet death it's 4 posts deserves.
