    ehhh?

What's so confusing? If you wanna know about Honda go to the Russia thread. If you wanna know about Japanese players in Germany go to the Germany thread.

I just thought one for all players abroad was enough.

    I agree with theR9.

Too many clicks to go through. I have to go to 5 different links to see updates on players. The general players abroad thread was not even that busy. I really think splitting it all up sucks...

Ummm the whole reason these threads were started is because the thread was busy......

    Totally legitimate, imo.
There is much more players now than last season and in 3 leagues we have at least 2 NT-players so it makes sense.

He was playing CB on Juve's second goal, because it took like three minutes to the genius on Cesena's bench to put in a defender after Pellegrino got the red card.

Good for Juve, but I am sorry for Nagatomo. Squaring-off with Quagliarella on a perfect cross by Marchisio is not his job...

Juve has 12 injured players and look really pissed off. Cesena one man down. Doesn't look great for Nagatomo as we get into the second half...

I don't think it will be a great year for his team anyway, that would be huge if they don't go down. But since he comes back to FC Tokyo at the end of the season, it shouldn't be a problem.

He'll likely get many offers from European clubs, beginning with Italy.

Yesterday he was better than both Juventus' SBs, the media are regularly giving him high evaluations, plus he is a very nice guys, and Italians like him.

Cesena started great but now they look soso. I hope he will find a new team if they get relegated.

Selfishly, I wish we could get Nagatomo back, but given that he's probably the lone bright spot for Cesena this season I don't see it happening. Once you've tasted the top level of European play, I can't imagine you're too eager to return to Japan.

In order from most likely on down, this is where I see Nagatomo going:

    1. Better Italian club
    2. Staying with Cesena if they avoid relegation
    3. Going back to FC Tokyo if we avoid relegation
    4. Staying with Cesena if they drop
    5. Going back to FC Tokyo if we drop

Big win for Cesena. Sounds like Nagatomo had another good match.

Only caught the first half of the match against the Viola merda, but Nagatomo looked good and Cesena was much the better team. Unfortunately that worthless piece of shit Gilardino nicked a second half goal, apparently, and Cesena lost 1-0. They have a lot of clever counterattacking play on the wings with guys like Giaccherini and Schelotto but the lack of a quality prima punta to put away the ball in the net is a serious problem that, if they don't solve it, will see them relegated.

Everybody seem to hate Gilardino , I understand why :D How can a guy that talentless be so popular? And his act against Celtic couple of years ago wants me to kill myself.

I'm sad that Japan's yet to produce a striker of his calibre though.. if i can even call it "calibre."

According to planetfootball Morimoto was not even on the bench? Damn.

He must be so proud and happy about that new one year deal.
