nah Honda playing more central/defensive again ... i didnt watch sooo many matches by CSKA but i really dont like this position for him there, maye im wrong but for me its waste of his qualities, he cannot show much on the position he plays at CSKA (maybe he can, but he is very quiet), little bit disappointed about that

yeah, I watch CSKA every week and everytime he plays he seems lazy. But when he comes back for the national team, he is amazingly good, so I figured they are just wasting his talent. But he could show more determination

I think he was tired because he had no rest 1.5 years. Under the scheme, I made a mistake, they again played a diamond.

Nice. It comes at the best moment, I'm reading the official CSKA forum and some fans wanted to sell him before his goal.

Very nicely taken goal for Honda.
It seems that he's been having a slump because of change of positions?
Saku, can you explain further why it has been so bad for him? He seems like he would be a very good holding midfielder. Has it been an attitude problem?

    Re: Japanese Abroad 10/11 [R] - Russia

Honda has always been arrogant or at least, very confident regarding to his capacities. You don't see that often when it comes to japanese players. CSKA's offensive line up is stacked since Vagner came back and Tosic and Doumbia arrived. So basically his coach who seem to like him a lot, had to find him a place. And since he's very good at holding the ball, passing, added to the fact he runs a lot, he was designed to become a more defensive minded midfielder. But he doesn't like that and complained in his blog soon after his coach made him play this way. Since then, he has done a lot of good things but a lot of bad too. He doesn't play with intensity sometimes, shows that he is bored. That's annoying. He gives the impression he never runs. He also spent several months without scoring so he was clearly frustrated and I suspect him to ask his agent to create rumours in order to move quickly.

Maki are probably not yet adapted to the game in Russia. Besides his club this season fails, take up 15 place. That statistic Maki in season:
    Number of matches - 9 (365 minutes)
    Dribbling - 10 (80%)
    shots - 12 (5 on target)
    offsayd - 5
Today Amkar plays a very important game at home against the Terek.

    Today results
Amkar 2-0 Terek. Maki on the banch.
Anzhi 1-0 Tom. Matsui on the banch too.
Rotor 0-1 Khimki. Rakuyama play since 76 minutes. This is last game for Khimki in this season. Ruku will fly to Japan.

They did not enter the game so. Maki, I don't really care even if the guy is likeable, but Matsui needs to get out of here. How can you make such a good WC and rot on the bench like this. He better do this in France, where I can see him.

Matsuis situation is depressing. Did people say he got offers from Germany and England also? Everything is better than this shit. And yes he had a good WC so I don't see what the problem is.

where do you think he'll end up, most likely? as in, what club.

i would be very excited if he went to arsenal...though there are a few "central AM"s there already (if he is played there)
