Keller, thou art the greatest.
Seriously, he beats Friedel like a gong! The commentators said that ManUre could've had five or six if it wasn't for the bald yank between the sticks. The guy is incredible!
ManU friend who went to the game said it was a penalty, Spurs friend at the game said it wasn't.......hmmmmmmmm.
We played well, last season we lost this fixture 4-0 (I was there!) So to come away having played like lions (and having 13 players out through injury), and given them what for I think our lads deserve a pat on the back!

very true... amazing keller performance (from the radio commentary at least). overall not bad by the lads, sounds like we played better today than we have done this season.
and like you say 13 players, and quality ones, are out through injury (i had to laugh when i read in the build-up about man u's "injury crisis" ha!). when we get our real first team out there i still think we're in contention for a european slot, outside chance of nabbing the 4th champions league place.

True, on ITV's The Premiership program they showed the Spurs teamsheet. I thought 'That looks a little odd'. It was Spurs's injury teamsheet (which includes 8 internationals!) We could've put out a very good 'alternative' side had they been fit!
If we continue to play this well (and with Keller in inspired form), we're well on the way to a European qualification spot, possibly Champions League. I guess we'll need to be consistent and keep beating the 'smaller' teams like Middlesbrough and the like. We'll see.

you young'uns. you just don't remember the glory days ... an in-form neil sullivan suddenly being usurped by the american colossus, kasey keller ... not unlike the smug laurent fignon who, in 1989, didn't realize his inferiority to the 'american upstart' until a hair too late ... those three or four glorious months ...
... until a woeful collection of defenders, featuring the likes of chris perry, gary doherty, ant gardner, and ben thatcher left KK under virtually permanent assault. naturally enough, the yid army got a little impatient (figure that) when we started conceding two-and-a-half per game - and ant gardner couldn't take all the blame. so it couldn't last. and when the quasi-lovable (and english) leeds keeper came on the market, it was all but over.
but there was a time, hauler. a brief, wondrous time ...

Re: Keller, thou art the greatest.
I think Keller had the highest saves to shots ratio in the EPL at that time. Lets face it, with that defence in front of him, he had no choice.
Good Keeper.
