Does anyone know where or how this can be done/purchased?

I know they have it in UK and Europe but can't find it anywhere in Canada.

There was a CM 02/03 version for the XBOX. However it was only available as a European Region Disk. It will not work on an UN modified US Xbox.

The game is now nearly 2 years old, and is a bit out of date.

Yeah. If you have the know-how, you can modify a store-bought XBOX into a "region-free" player, ie one that'll play any DVD/game from around the world.

You can also modify it into a basic linux machine. I don't know if that's the same modification or different. If someone else wants to add more, feel free.
